About CareMyWish

So that love and responsibility leave traces.

Why we built this

"CareMyWish" began with a simple observation: sooner or later every family hits that moment — parents are no longer with us, and we suddenly don't know where the insurance papers are, what the bank account password hint was, or whether grandma had specific wishes about her funeral.

Most things go unsaid not from unwillingness but from not knowing where to start. Turning "living preparation" into something gentle, light, and incremental — that's why we built this app.

Product Philosophy

1. Organizing is an extension of love

Putting information in order isn't about fearing death — it's saying "I want you to worry less." Every interface and copy line tries to avoid clinical legal vocabulary, and instead accompanies users in a warm, family-oriented way.

2. Your data, fully yours

We hold an extreme position: local-only storage, zero data collection. The cost: we cannot see what you do, cannot recover your data, cannot improve the product based on usage data. The trade-off: you have real privacy autonomy.

3. Simple before complete

Many will/directive tools try to cover every legal nuance, but the barrier is high and intimidating. We chose to nail the high-frequency family scenarios (belongings, assets, digital accounts, journals) and leave legal wills clearly to notaries and lawyers.

4. Built with family

The trustee mechanism is core: important matters shouldn't belong to one person alone — they should be shared with 1-2 most-trusted family members. Invite Friends makes that connection lightweight.
